PENGALAMAN MERENGEK KE PAYPAL UNTUK BALIKAN UANG



Ternyata paypal sangat peduli nasabahnya..
Sangat peduli keluhan pelanggan. Kemaren, tanggal 28 April 2017 saya melakukan tarik dana ke Bank lokal Indonesia.

Transaksi tarik dana di Paypal sukses atau completed! Akan tetapi dana belum masuk ke rekening bank saya. Saya cemas karena gak mudah cari Dollar bagi pengumpul receh online newbie seperti saya ini.

Setelah hubungi pihak payapl, dan gak lama setelah itu saya dapat balasan bahwa penarikan dana dari Paypal ke rekening bank lokal mang membutuhkan waktu 2-4 hari kerja. Berarti saya akan mendapatkan uang saya pada tanggal 3-5 Mei 2017.


Saya pun sabar menunggu dan berbesar harapan supaya uangnya mendarat dengan mulus ke rekening saya. Dan pada tanggal 3 Mei kemaren saya sudah dapat email dari Paypal.
Dengan harapan besar bahwa uang telah masuk ke rekening, saya buka email-nya..dan apa yang saya baca???

PENARIKAN ACH DITOLAK!!


Kecewa!!! Saya sangat kecewa dengan paypal. Karena ini bukan pertama kalinya penarikan dana saya di tolak. Dahulu sebelumnya saya juga pernah tarik dana dari Paypal ,gagal karena nama saya hanya satu suku kata "KAMESWARA", sudah saya konfirmasi ke pihak Paypal dan disarankan pakai (koma , ) untuk nama belakang. Baiklah saya sudah ajukan perubahan nama dan di terima. Akun bank lokal saya pun sudah di konfirmasi oleh Paypal

Dan hari ini 3 Mei 2017, kejadian yang sama masih terjadi!!!
Penarikan dana saya ditolak mentah-mentah oleh Paypal,sangat menyedihkan..
Bagiaman tidak ,dari awal minta tarik dana sudah kena fee 16.000 dan penolakan tarik dana kena fee 50.000 IDR. 
Sungguh biaya yang lumayan besar bagi saya!

Tahukah sobat caipiti??
Saya sangat kesal dan marah sama Paypal , saya spontan kirim pesan komplain dan marah  ke Paypal Dengan kata-kata yang sudah menyimbolkan nada marah!!

I am very disappointed with Paypal.
This is the second time I have experienced a loss like this.
I am a small person, know if that much money I think it is very hard to look for it in the online world.
Please understand me,
I withdraw money from Paypal long time ago, withdrawal ach denied because Bank data is invalid. Because my name kameswara and in Paypal kameswara, (but I've contacted the admin that use the comma may only.
I suffered 50,000 idr loss at that time.
And yesterday on April 28, I withdraw money from Paypal to my local BR Indonesia account, after 4 days, my withdrawal was rejected because the Bank's data was invalid. Whereas Paypal party has confirmed that the name of one syllable may use commas.
Please understand..
PLEASE GO MY MONEY !!!
MY LOSS, NEEDS TIME MY SEARCH FOR MONEY AS IT IN THE ONLINE WORLD.

Referring to your email, I understand your concern and weary about the withdrawal status. Upon checking the details of your account I can see you have performed the withdrawal on Apr 28, 2017 amounting Rp196,168, unfortunately this transaction has been reversed.
There are several reasons why a withdrawal being reversed. It could be either due to an incomplete or incorrect account number, your name on PayPal account mismatches with your name that appears in your bank account, bank code, or your bank have overlooked the information and disregard the withdrawal.
Please also kindly check your bank account number which you have entered to make sure the number you entered is your actual bank account number, and not your debit card number.
If you previously had successful withdrawals to your bank account and your recent withdrawals were reversed, you should check with your bank to see if any additional digits are required in your account number. It is possible that your previous transfers were manually accepted and the requirements for these transfers to go through successfully may have changed.
I would encourage you to contact the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Department of your bank for assistance. If the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Department of your bank is unaware of changes to the requirements of your bank for these transfers, have them check with their Processing bank to verify what is required.
Please keep in mind that it is not PayPal's decision to reverse these withdrawals.
I acknowledge that we have charged you Rp 50,000.00 for the reversal. I have refunded the reversal fee back to your PayPal balance. Please check your available balance.
